The spaceMagnolia House is situated right in the center of Miami, in a very safe neighborhood, featuring a large private backyard with a salt water pool, Argentine BBQ grill, sunbeds, outdoor dining tables and lots of seating.
You can enjoy this private home with a pool, large patio, fully stocked kitchen and lots of amenities in a private setting, not having to share space with anyone else.
At night the patio with its bistro lighting and the pool lights, give the patio a beautiful ambience that you can enjoy into the evening.
Enjoy great BBQ cookouts, play Dominoes, or just relax and sunbathe by the pool in the spacious private outdoor area. (There is also a pool safety fence at the property if needed).
We cannot stress enough that we Do Not allow parties with loud music, or events at the property.
We feel the Airbnb platform is a great alternative for families and friends to enjoy their "home away from home," while building memorable experiences at a moderate price.
The house can accommodate large groups and big families. We do not charge additional fees based on extra guests and have a set price per day, which averages out to a very reasonable daily rate.
We are 15 minutes to Miami Airport and close to the Cruise Port, South Beach, Little Havana, Downtown Miami. We are also close to lots of restaurants and nightlife, as well as The Everglades, The Florida Keys, Coral Gables and Wynwood Design District to name a few.
Dolphin Mall is close by and we are 5 minutes to several shops such as Wal-Mart, Publix Supermarket and CVS.
The home has a keyless entry door code, so you don't have the worry of losing keys and allows for a contactless check-in
We have high speed internet/WiFi and the TV's have streaming services.
The living room, dining room and kitchen are open concept, with a view to the pool and patio. The kitchen is large with stainless steel appliances, fridge, oven, microwave etc and is well stocked with a coffee maker, microwave, toaster, kettle and cooking utensils, pots & pans, cups, glasses, plates and flatware etc.
There are 2 bathrooms, both with glass enclosed showers, which are supplied with shampoo/body wash & conditioner.

Upon check-in, you will access the Guest Book with recommendations for several restaurants and bars and neighborhood destinations.
Please be advised we have a Ring camera in the front outside of the property facing the driveway for security purposes. There are no other cameras anywhere else on the property whatsoever.

It is very lively, just 5 minutes to lots of shops and restaurants and 15 to 20 minutes from Miami International Airport and the Port of Miami Cruise port. We are close to South Beach, Downtown Brickell, Little Havana, Wynwood & Midtown
Getting aroundMiami is very sprawling, Uber, Lyft and Taxis service the area, renting a car is the recommended way of getting around.
